No. We don't issue invoices and we're not a bookkeeping ledger. This picks up after the invoice goes out: which milestone landed, which one slipped, and whether the project actually made money. It sits alongside whatever you already use.

If you haven't added a card, your workspace drops to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted — you just can't add new projects or members beyond Free limits. Upgrading lifts the restrictions immediately.

Yes. You keep Pro features until the end of the current period, then the workspace moves to Free automatically.

Through Lemon Squeezy, which supports all major credit and debit cards. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record, so your subscription invoice and any applicable tax are issued on their side.

Checkout is denominated in TRY, but Lemon Squeezy charges international cards in their local currency at the card network rate. You'll see the converted amount before confirming.

Each workspace is isolated on Supabase with row-level security, so no other workspace can read your rows. You can export everything as CSV at any time.

The 14-day trial is the real safeguard — you test all of Pro without entering a card, so billing never starts if it isn't a fit. Once a paid period begins we don't refund partial periods; cancelling keeps Pro active until the period ends. Statutory refund rights still apply — write to destek@faturatakip.app if you have a specific case.

Email destek@faturatakip.app and we'll permanently delete your workspace and all its data. Export your CSVs first — deletion can't be undone. An active Pro subscription is cancelled as part of the same request.
